Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the inaction of the respondents in regularizing his services as Conductor Grade-II in regular time scale of pay on par with the similarly placed persons whose services were regularized through office order No.E2/25(10)/2016-RM(T) dt.28-06-2016 issued by 2nd respondent. 2.

Petitioner has submitted a representation dt.28-09-2016 to the 2nd respondent seeking such relief of regularization and contends that the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders thereon. 3.

Sri A.Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent states that 2nd respondent will consider petitioner's representation dt.28-09-2016 within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. 4.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's representation dt.28-09-2016 within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
