THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3210 of 2014 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India aggrieved by the order and decree dated 12.08.2014 in I.A.No.19 of 2013 in O.S.No.488 of 2010 on the file of the Court of Additional Judge - cum - VI Senior Civil Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the purpose of filing this revision petition has become infructuous and prays to dismiss the same. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
