Claim petition filed by petitioner under Section 11-A of the Andhra Pradesh Estates Abolition (Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1948 (Act, 1948) before the Joint Collector, Krishna District with reference to the land to an extent of Ac.37.25 cents of Mallavalli village, Babulapadu mandal, Krishna District, was dismissed by order dated 08.08.2013. Aggrieved thereby, petitioner preferred revision under Section 5 of the Act, 1948 before the Special Commissioner & Director of Settlements, A.P., Hyderabad, which was numbered as Revision Petition No.4 of 2015. Said revision petition is pending consideration by the Commissioner. Alleging inaction of the Commissioner in disposing the said revision petition, this writ petition is filed.

Since revision petition is pending, Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition and keeping writ petition pending. Learned counsel for petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader agree for disposal of writ petition at the admission stage with direction to pass orders on the pending revision petition by fixing time limit. 3.
Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing 6th respondent to consider and pass orders on the Revision Petition No.4 of 2015 filed by petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, by affording due opportunity to petitioner.
