This petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against him in FIR No.359 of 2014 on the file of Raidurgam Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 425 and 336 IPC. When this matter has come up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the above case was referred as mistake of fact and therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. Recording the above submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
