ORDER
This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent Nos.4, 5 and 6 in calling the petitioner regularly to the Police Station from 13.03.2023 onwards and harassing him and his father mentally and subjecting them to humiliation without registering any case against the petitioner, as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, and perused the material available on record.

ln the written instructions dated 29.03.2023 received by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, it is stated that respondent No.7 lodged a complaint with respondent No.4-Station House Officer, Raidurgam Police Station, Cyberabad, on 13.03.2023, stating that the petitioner has taken hand loan from her, but did not repay the same and threatened her. GD entry was made on such complaint. The petitioner was called to the Police Station on 13.03.2023 for the purpose of enquiry. ln the enquiry, it was revealed that there was a financial dispute between the petitioner and respondent No.7, as such, the complaint was closed and respondent
- No.7 was suggested to approach the competent civil court for redressal of her grievance.
