CRLP NO: 2720 OF 2O2O Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed in support of the Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Station House Officer, Hadnoor Police Station to release the petitioners on bail in the event qf their arrest in connection with Crime No. 31 of 2020 of Hadnoor Police Station, Sangareddy, in the interest of justice. The petition having been set down on this day for "for being mentioned" pursuant to the order dated 16.07.2020 made in Crl.P. No.2720 of 2020 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri T S Anirudh Reddy Advocate for the Petitioners and the Public Prosecutor For the Respondent, the Court made the following.

ORDER

This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking correction of the order, dated L6.O7.2O2O passed in Criminal Petition No.272O of 2O2O, Heard.

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that in para No.1 and in 9th line of para No.s some mistakes were crept in with regard to the offences and the same may be corrected, Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the sentence such as "Sections 324, 323, 5O4, 34L, 147 and 148 read with 149 of I.P.C." mentioned in 6th line of para No.1 shall be substituted with "Sections 452,324, 323, 427, 5O4, 341, L47, 148,307 read with 149 of I.P.C,", Like wise, the sentence such as "Section 324 of I.P.C. does not attract and except under Sectio n 324 of I.P.C." mentioned in gth line of Para No.5 shall be substituted with "Sections 324 and 3O7 of LP.C, do not attract and except under Sections 324 and 4O7 ot I.P'C'"

a In view of above, after carrying out the above corrections, the Registry is directed to issue a revised order. Accordingly, the petition is ordered, The time granted to the petitioner surrender before the concerned S.H.O. is hereby extended by two weeks from today. SD/- B.
