ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner/Accused seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.133 of 2015 of the Station House Officer, Uppal, Cyberabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC and under Section 63, 64, and 69 of Copy Rights Act against him.

It is represented that the present petition was filed when the matter was pending investigation in Cr.No.133 of 2015. However, subsequent to filing of this petition, the police after investigation has filed a final report on 04.06.2016 stating that it is a mistake of fact. In that view of the matter, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, the criminal petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
