CVNR, J & KVL, J WP.No.19929 of 2001 Dt: 26.10.2017 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) The dispute pertaining to payment of Honorarium @ Rs.300/- per case to the respondent was adjudicated in his favour by the Central Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad Bench on the ground that four other persons, who were similarly situated, were being paid the said Honorarium.

At the hearing, Mr.B.Narasimha Sharma, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that in pursuance of interim order, dated 25-09-2001, Honorarium was paid to the respondent on 23.11.2001 after receiving a bond. He has further submitted that the respondent has since retired from service. In the light of the above subsequent events, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the same is dismissed as such.
