THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.9964 of 2015

ORDER

The petitioners, who are A1 to A3 in Cr.No.75 of 2015 of Penukonda Police Station, Anantapur District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 read with Section 34 IPC, filed this petition under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking bail.

2. Heard both sides and perused the material on record.

3. It is alleged that the father of the de facto complainant had illegal intimacy with A1 for the past 10 years and his father gave Rs.4 lakhs to A1 to perform her daughter's marriage. On 20.07.2015, when his father went to the house of A1 for return of money, the petitioners and other accused murdered his father with hard weapon.

4. Since the petitioners/A1 to A3 were arrested only on 31.07.2015, it is too early to consider the bail. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners/A1 to A3.

5. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. ________________ RAJA ELANGO, J.
