This Writ Petition has been filed questioning the inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent Station House Officer, Raidurgam Police Station on the complaint of the petitioner dated 31.05.2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner is fair enough to submit that a crime has been registered pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner, before filing the Writ Petition itself. Recording the submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
