THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION No.108 of 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C. seeking to transfer C.C.No.202 of 2012 pending on the file of the Court of First Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kothagudem to any other competent court at Gudivada, Krishna District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer criminal petition as the matter is settled between the parties out side the Court and to that effect he also filed a letter dated 11.07.2017 before the Registry.

Permission is granted.
