HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT APPEAL No. 1571 OF 2012 JUDGMENT: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the parties state that the parties have settled their dispute amicably and they have filed joint memo duly signed by learned advocates on record for the parties. The joint memo is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Statements made and undertaking given by the parties in the joint memo are accepted.

The writ appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement and as a consequence thereof, the order impugned is set aside. It is needless to mention that the appellant shall pay the amount as mentioned in the joint memo, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within a period of two weeks from today.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
