Since the parties are common and the issue involved is one and the same, they are heard together and being disposed of by this common order.

Transfer Criminal petition No.132 of 2017 is filed seeking for transfer of M.C.No.386 of 2015 pending on the file of Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the trial of Jubilee Hills Car Bomb Blast Case-cum-Family Court Judge, Hyderabad to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Malkajgiri, Secunderabad, R.R.District. Transfer Criminal Petition No.133 of 2017 is filed seeking for transfer of D.V.C.No.155 of 2015 pending on the file of III Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Malkajgiri, Secunderabad, R.R.District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for respondents 1 to 3 in Tr.Crl.P.No.132 of 2017 and learned Public Prosecutor for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners now submits that he does not have any objection, if all the cases are transferred to the competent Court at Malkajgiri or even if the case in C.C.No.680 of 2015 pending on the file of XX Metropolitan Magistrate, Malkajgiri and O.P.No.379 of 2016 on the file of Family Court at Malkajgiri, Secunderabad and C.C.S.R.No.1299

of 2016 on the file of XX Metropolitan Magistrate at Malkajgiri are transferred to the Court at Nampally. The learned counsel for the respondents prefers the above three cases to be transferred to the Court at Nampally.

Hence, all the three cases i.e. C.C.No.680 of 2015 & C.C.S.R.No.1299 of 2016 both pending on the file of XX Metropolitan Magistrate, Malkajgiri and O.P.No.379 of 2016 on the file of Family Court at Malkajgiri, Secunderabad shall be transferred to the learned Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Nampally, who shall take appropriate decision as to which Court they should be transferred to.

The Transfer Criminal Petitions are disposed of accordingly. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
