THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN And THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTH WRIT PETITION No.23748 of 2007 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Sri Ghanta Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that as the petitioners had entered into a compromise with the 1st respondent, they does not wish to prosecute the writ petition and that they be permitted to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission is accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
