HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Revision Case No.1439 of 2015 ORDER:

The Petitioners filed this Criminal Revision Case by invoking the provisions under Sections 397 and 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code being aggrieved by the order in Rc.B.No.176/2014, dated 18-03-2014 passed by the Tahsildar and Executive Magistrate, Sangam, Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore District, invoking the provisions under Section 145 Cr.P.C.

Heard and perused.

The impugned order does no disclose any reasons and the said order is not passed in accordance with law invoking the appropriate provision. Hence, the impugned order is set aside.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is allowed.

Miscellaneous petitions filed in this revision, if any, shall stand closed.
