ORDER:
Petitioner seeks a direction to respondent 3 and 4 for issuance of title deeds for the agricultural lands claimed by him.
2. However, it is evident from the record that an appeal is pending before the Sub-Collector and Competent Authority, Vijayawada in File No.Rc.A2/1353/2015 and the date of hearing was already fixed on 21.11.2015 but has since been adjourned.
3. Learned Government Pleader was, therefore, required to get instructions whether the proceedings are still pending and on instructions, he submits that it is still pending.
4. In view of that, it is appropriate to direct the third respondent to fix an early date for hearing after notice to all the parties and hear and dispose of the appeal expeditiously. The relief claimed by the petitioner for issuance of title deeds shall be subject to such order that may be passed in the appeal aforesaid and petitioner is at liberty to pursue his remedies after the disposal of the appeal.
The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________________ VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR, J February 10, 2016 DSK
