HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE E.V.VENUGOPAL W.P.No.22556 of 2007 ORDER:
1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petitioner has attained the age of superannuation as on today and therefore prays this Court to direct the respondent-Corporation to pay the entitled terminal benefits to the petitioner.
2. Sri Gaddam Srinivas, learned standing counsel for the respondent-Corporation submits that the respondent-corporation shall consider the case of the petitioner to pay the terminal benefits to the petitioner as per the entitlement, if they are not being paid in accordance with law.
3. In view of the above submission, the writ petition is accordingly closed. It is made clear that it is open for the petitioner to work out the remedies available under law, if terminal benefits are not paid by the respondents as per law. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall also stand dismissed.
