There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "... this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ or order more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 5 and 6 in not registering FIR against the 7th respondent and his family members for illegal trespass, broken of door lock of the petitioner rented premises bearing H.No.8-3-310, Yousufguda Basthi, Hyderabad in spite of the petitioner complaint dated 2-9-2014 as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and also against Article 21 of Constitution of India and consequential directions to the respondents 5 and 6 to register the FIR against the 7th respondent and his family members including open of the lock of the petitioner rented premises bearing No.8-3-310, Yousufguda Basthi, Hyderabad and return of the articles after recovery from the 7th respondent and his family members and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper in the interest of justice." 3.

The learned Government Pleader, during the course of hearing, brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the lodging of the complaint by the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.1101 of 2014 was registered against the respondent No.7.

After completion of investigation, final report was filed on 04.03.2015 referring the case as undetectable.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. However, the petitioner is given liberty to file protest application if he has any objections on the final report. The presence of Mr. Srinivas, the Sub-Inspector of Police - respondent No.6 is dispensed with. As a sequel thereto,

pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
