CVNR,J & DVSS,J CRP.No.246 of 2004 26.04.2018 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order, dated 29.05.2003, in MC.No.91 of 2002 on the file of the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the trial of Jubilee Hills Car Bomb Blast Case-cum-Additional Family Court, Hyderabad.

When the case was called on 12.10.2017, no one represented the petitioner. Therefore, the case was adjourned. Even today, when the case is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. It is, therefore, reasonable to presume that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing his cause in this case.
