This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the action of the respondents where they failed to provide employment to the petitioner under compassionate grounds under bread winner scheme basing on the representation of the petitioner dated 28.06.2014 subsequently legal notice dated 01.02.2016 is illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to provide employment to the petitioner under physically handicapped quota and also under compassionate grounds in the interest of justice" Heard Sri B.S.S. Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent-Corporation.

According to the petitioner, her husband, one Sri K.S.S.Reddy, while working as Driver in the Jeedimetla Depot, TSRTC, passed away on 07-10-2013. It is further stated that the 3rd Respondent issued call letter on 13-06-2014 asking the petitioner to appear before the Selection Committee. On 27-062014, in response to the same, she attended the interview also. According to the petitioner she submitted a representation on 28-062014 and no action has been taken on the said representation. It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the

petitioner may be directed to file a fresh representation to the respondents and the same may be directed to be considered. Having regard to the nature of controversy, the Writ Petition is disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to submit a representation to the respondents for redressal of her grievance within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such representation is made, the same may be considered by the respondents and appropriate orders be passed in accordance with law within a period of six weeks thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions in this writ petition, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
