THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.23187 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief: "to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in not issuing authorization to the petitioner after having selected her as FP Shop dealer for shop No. 24 of Nelavoy Village, SR Puram Mandal, Chittoor District as arbitrary, illegal, violative of Article 14 & 19 (g) of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to cause such delay in giving authorization."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies, representing for the respondents and perused the prayer in the writ petition with supporting affidavit and the other material on record and also the written instructions of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Chittoor, placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

Having considered the submissions of both parties and the written instructions of the Revenue Divisional Officer, petitioner is directed to supply the copies of trade deposit of Rs.4000/- and NSS Bonds worth Rs.2000/-, copies of which already filed before this court in writ petition, to the

3rd respondent and inturn, the 3rd respondent - Revenue Divisional Officer shall supply the provisions to be distributed by the petitioner since duly appointed.

Accordingly and with the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in these cases shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
