Learned counsel for both sides represented that the dispute between the parties was referred to Lok Adalat and the matter was settled in the Lok Adalat.

Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand dismissed.
