HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE J. SREENIVAS RAO WRIT PETITION No.8876 of 2o.23 ORDER:

This Writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to act in accordance with law and to release service connections along with electrical meters to the petitioner herein for house bearing Plot No.6 (part), H.No.2-57 /97 /A, admeasuring 6OO Sq.Yds in Sy.No.LL/7, situated at Khanamet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Rangareddy District without being influenced by the instructions of the Sth respondent and to pass such to other order or orders.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TSSPDCL appearing for respondent Nos.l to 4 and Mr.M.A.K.Mukheed, learned Standing counsel for GHMC appearing for respondent No.5. with their consent, the rn rit petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself. 3.

When rhe matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner that the issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No .4174 of 2023 dated. 14.CJ2.2C)23. I i I l I

The above said submission is not disputed by the learned Standing Counsels appearing for the respondents herein.

In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the orders referred to above, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage directing the respondents to release individual service connection to the petitioner's property within a period of four (O4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to the petitioner fulfilling other formalities and conditions. stipulated by TSSPDCL. The service connection so given shall be subject to further directions that may be issued by the State of Telangana or the Apex Court in the litigation pending before it arising out of the order dated 12.O9.2OL2 in W.P.No.2O4O7 of 2OO8 and batch. There shall be no order as to costs. 6.
