When the matter is taken up for hearing, on behalf of Sri GVL Murthy, Advocate on record, Sri Srinivas, learned Advocate, sought for an adjournment.

This Court, on perusal of the record, is of the view that nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication since the petitioner challenges for being short listed under the Indira Kranthi Patham-DRDA, A.P. Rural Poverty Reduction Project for sponsoring the students for the course of Intermediate with EAMCET coaching pertaining to the year 2009-2010. Hence, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
