This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief : "......declaring the inaction of respondents 2 and 3 in so far as the petitioner is concerned in denial of counting of service from the date initial appointment to till retirement for payment of gratuity stagnation increments and other benefits as arbitrary, illegal, improper, unjust and discrimination and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to pay gratuity and stagnation increments and other benefits by counting out of employment period as continuity of service with 18% interest for delay in payment of retirement benefits...."

On 24.01.2020 there was no representation on behalf of petitioner. To give one opportunity, the matter was directed to be listed on 03.02.2020.

Today, though the matter is listed under the caption for dismissal, when the matter is called there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
