Learned counsel for petitioners seeks leave of the Court to make an application ventilating grievance as agitated in the writ petition regarding allocation of house site pattas to the petitioners. 2.

Granting such liberty, Writ Petition is disposed of. It is needless to observe that as and when application is made, the competent authority shall consider the same objectively and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law.
