Heard.

The petitioner complains of inaction on the part of respondents 2 and 3 in considering his application for remission of licence fee for a period of 130 days for which he could not carry on business.

Learned Government Pleader has received instructions and produced copy of the order, dated 31-03-2015 passed by the Commissioner, wherein the Commissioner has considered the request of the petitioner and in terms of 20(3) of A.P.Excise Act, 1968 read with Rule 25 of A.P.Excise (Grant of Licence of Selling by Shop and Conditions of Licence) Rules, 2012, has rejected the request of the petitioner. A copy of the rejection order is also served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of that, the writ petition has become infructuous and it is accordingly dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to question the aforesaid order of the Commissioner, if he is so aggrieved. No order as to costs.
