This revision petition is filed under Section 115 C.P.C. challenging the order dated 21.03.2016 passed in O.S.No.112 of 2015 by the IV Additional Junior Civil Judge, Rajahmundry marking unregistered document as Ex.A.2 in a suit for bare injunction in the chief examination of PW.1.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that the counsel for petitioner raised objection about admissibility of the document i.e. Ex.A.2, which is compulsorily registrable under Section 49 of the Registration Act. But the said objection was not recorded.

It appears from the record that no objection was raised. When the document was already marked, questioning admissibility of the document, cannot be accepted, however, the petitioner can file appropriate application under Order XIII Rule 4 C.P.C. or under any other provision.
