HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3083 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard both sides at length on this revision petition, which is an outcome of the order dated 13.04.2016 in C.M.A.No.31 of 2013 passed by the IV Additional District Judge, Kakinada, against the grant of temporary injunction in the application in I.A.No.311 of 2013 by the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada dated 17.07.2013, the lower appellate Court reversed the same, maintained and pending the revision, there is a status quo order passed by this Court on 19.08.2016 in force.

It is the submission in the course of hearing that the trial in the suit for bare injunction (prohibitory) is in progress, of the defendant evidence, after completion of the plaintiff evidence and is almost at fag-end. 3.

Having regard to the above, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of by ordering both parties to maintain existing status quo, pursuant to the interim order of this Court pending revision, till disposal of the suit by directing the

Dr.SSRBJ CRP.No.3083 of 2016 lower Court to proceed with disposal of the suit within three months at any cost, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if necessary by proceeding strictly as per letter and spirit of Order XVII C.P.C. on day to day trial basis. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
