Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondent-State and perused the record.

It is submitted that C.C.No.1776 of 2014 is posted to today for the cross-examination of PW.1. PW.1 is arriving to India on 20.03.2018. A request may be made to the Court below today, by showing the return tickets and the Court below may pass appropriate orders on the said request.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
