Respondent No.4 in O.P.No.106 of 2011 on the file of Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal - cum - District Judge, Karimnagar, preferred the present appeal aggrieved by the order and decree, dated 05.07.2013, passed in the said O.P.

During pendency of the appeal, the matter was referred to Lok Adalat, at the request of both sides. The Lok Adalat has passed an Award, dated 29.12.2016. In terms of the Award, dated 29.12.2016, passed by the Lok Adalat, the appeal is disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
