This writ petition is filed to declare the action of 1st respondent insisting TTC/SGBT or its equivalent qualification as illegal and to direct respondents 2 to 4 to attest on service certificates following court orders for admission into B.Ed. course for academic year 20022003. It is represented that no further orders are necessary in view of admission given to the petitioners.

Considering the submission of advocate for petitioners, this writ petition is closed as no further orders are necessary. No costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this writ petition, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
