Heard.

The petitioner's grievance is that respondent No.4 is continuing to use the Temporary Permit for quarrying Stone and Metal beyond the time specified in Permit, dated 09.03.2015, granted by the Assistant Director of Mines and Geology, Hyderabad.

The Association of the Co-operative Housing Society brought this to the notice of the Deputy Commissioner of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation under representation, dated 02.04.2014. The petitioner, who is stated to be the owner of adjacent plot, has filed the present Writ Petition ventilating the same grievance.

Since the Temporary Permit was granted by the Assistant Mines and Geology, Hyderabad, respondent No.2, on 09.03.2015, the petitioner has to make appropriate representation to respondent No.2, who, on receipt of such representation, shall take appropriate action by inspecting the site as required. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
