HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 16398 of 2016 O R D E R:- Having heard the learned counsel for both the parties and keeping in view the serious accusations made against the petitioner-A1, this Court is of the opinion that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required, as such, the petitioner is not entitled to be granted anticipatory bail at this stage.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is devoid of merit and the same is accordingly dismissed.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
