Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Agriculture.

With the consent of both parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent in interfering with the manufacturing, sale and supply of the petitioner's bio-products containing Amino Acid and Sea-Weed extract, by issuing memo dated 21.01.2006, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Pleader that the case on hand is covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.25293 of 2014 and batch dated 10.07.2015. 5.

In view of the above representation made by the learned Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 10.07.2015, passed in W.P.No.25293 of 2014 and batch. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
