ORDER:

The limited grievance of the petitioners in this Writ Petition is that post-remand by respondent No.2 vide his order in case No.A2/660/2013, dated 10.03.2014, respondent No.3 has not completed fresh enquiry and passed any final order. A perusal of the record shows that respondent No.4 has filed an appeal against the order passed by respondent No.3 mutating the names of the petitioners in the record of rights. The said appeal was disposed of by respondent No.2 by the above-mentioned order whereby he has set aside the order of respondent No.3 passed in favour of the petitioners and remanded the case to respondent No.3 with a direction to conduct a fresh enquiry giving opportunity to both the parties after verification of the documents and the ground status. The grievance of the petitioners is that even though more than 15 months had elapsed from the time of the remand of the case, respondent No.3 has not completed the enquiry and passed any final order.

In the light of the above innocuous grievance of the petitioners, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.3 to complete the enquiry, pass a final order and communicate the same to the petitioners and respondent No.4, if not already done, within two months from the date of receipt of this order. As a sequel to disposal of writ petition, WPMP.No.26115 of 2015 filed by the petitioners for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous. C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 6th JULY, 2015.
