O R D E R

With the consent of both the counsel, the writ petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though he retired from service on 31.05.2017 as Driver, the respondent - Corporation has not paid him the provident fund pension amount due to him, and the representation made by him on 06-03-2019 for release of the said amount, was also not considered. Hence, the present writ petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri A.Ravi Babu, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - Corporation. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents / competent authority, to consider the claim of the petitioner for payment of PF pension amount due to him vide his representation dated 06-03-2019, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
