THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2973 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 26.10.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1486 of 2016 in Criminal Appeal No.700 of 2016 on the file of the Court of the Special Judge for trial of offences under S.Cs. and S.Ts. (POA) Act-cum-VI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Secunderabad.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case. He further submitted that some more time may be granted for deposit of the amount as directed by the first appellate Court. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is permitted to deposit Rs.2,50,000/- to the credit of C.C.No.530 of 2015 on the file of the Court of XIV Additional Judge-cum-XVIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Erramanzil, Somajiguda, Hyderabad, on or before 20.12.2016. If the petitioner fails to deposit the said amount within the time stipulated above, the trial Court is at liberty to proceed with in accordance with law.
