THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 7095 of 2018 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that though he filed an appeal along with stay petition before the 2nd respondent - Commissioner of Civil Supplies, on 23.02.2018, against the order, dated 17.02.2018 passed by the 4th respondent - Joint Collector and Additional District Magistrate, Nalgonda, no orders have been passed, yet, either on the Appeal or even on the stay petition. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Telangana) appearing for the respondents.

Considering the nature of relief sought by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 23.02.2018 in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then, it is made clear, the order dated 17.02.2018 stands stayed. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any pending stands closed.
