THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.16554 OF 2008 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner to declare the action of the respondent in interfering with the business of the petitioner in vacant site allotted to him by Sri Swamy hathiramjee Mutt, Tirupati at Venugopalaswamy temple, Tirumala, Chittoor District, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that while admitting the writ petition on 31.07.2008, this Court passed the following interim order in WPMP No.21453 of 2008:

" Pending further orders, there shall be interim direction to the respondent not to interfere with the business of the petitioner in any manner whatsoever without following due process of law" , and in view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in the matter.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of in view of the interim order passed by this Court on 31.07.2008 in WPMP No.21453 of 2008. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
