THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO.1402 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the order, dated 04-05-2016 in Crl.M.P.No.1239 of 2016 in C.C.No.77 of 2010 on the file of the III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. The Registry is directed to return the certified copy as per procedure. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this revision shall stand closed.
