THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION Nos. 7100 and 7101 of 2018 COMMON ORDER:

These two writ petitions are being disposed of by this common order as they arise out of identical circumstances. The petitioners filed these petitions challenging the action of respondent Nos.3 to 5 in not including the lands admeasuring Acs.3.20 and Ac.1.20 guntas in Survey No.310 situated at Velemala and Kondakal Villages of Ramachandrapuram and Shankar Pally Mandals, respectively, Sanga Reedy District, in the notification issued on 24.10.2017.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents placed before this Court, the proceedings, dated 11.10.2017, wherein respondent No.5 directed the Village Revenue Officer, Velemala to take possession of the resumed land. A copy of the same is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioners.

On realising that the proceedings, 11.10.2017, are required to be challenged, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for closing of these writ petitions by granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge the same.

Hence, the writ petitions are closed granting liberty to the petitioners as prayed for.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these writ petitions shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
