The petitioner is an accused in C.C.No.385 of 2016 on the file of the learned IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. By way of this petition, filed under Section 482 CrPC, he seeks expeditious disposal of the said case.
Perusal of the record reflects that the said case arose out of Crime No.49 of 2016 on the file of Chandrayangutta Police Station, Hyderabad City, registered under Sections 341 and 506 IPC.
Sri Mehdi Hussain, learned counsel for the petitioner, would inform this Court that the trial in the said case has not even commenced as on date. As the case pertains to the year 2016, this Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the learned IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, to strive to dispose of the said case expeditiously and preferably within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. ____________________ JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR April 30, 2019.
