ORDER

With the consent of both the counsel, this writ petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission.

Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Pleaders appearing for respondents would submit that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this court in W.P.No.7249 of 2019 dated 04-04-2019.

In view of the same, and for the reasons alike, this writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to submit a representation afresh within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the respondents shall consider the same in terms of the judgment of the Apex Court in SECRETARY, STATE OF KARNATAKA AND OTHERS vs. UMADEVI1 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
