This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C.") seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner/Accused in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.05 of 2022 on the file of Station House Officer, Chinthapalli Police Station, Nalgonda District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376(2)(n), 417 read with Section 109 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (I.P.C.) and Section 3(2)(v) of SC/ST POA Act, 2015.
