When the matter came up for hearing, both the counsel consented that during the pendency of the above writ petition, the petitioner herein has been promoted as Executive Officer Grade-I and that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. 2.

Recording the above submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs. However, if respondent No.7 is aggrieved by the promotion orders, he is at liberty to challenge the same before appropriate forum. 3.
