According to the petitioner land to an extent of Ac.4.31 guntas in Sy.No.62/3 of Vadlagudem Revenue Village, Mustibanda Gram Panchayat, Dammapeta Mandal of Bhadradri Kothgudem District assigned in favour of his father's younger brother by name Naidu Naiduiah on 02.03.1959.

Having realized that petitioner is no way concerned with the subject property and the original assignee is Naidu Naiduiah, S/o.Late Gangaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to avail appropriate remedies as available in law.

Granting the said liberty, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
