ORDER

SMT, JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No. 2692 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 7973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C.'), seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners-accused Nos.2 to 5 in Crime No. 73 of 20t7 of Kangti Police Station, Sangareddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 306 IPC.

Heard learned counsel For the petitioners and learned Public Prosecqtor (T.S.).

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are mother-in-law, sisters-in-law and brother-in-law of the de facto complainant respectively, who are residing separately and that absolutely false allegations are made against the petitioners. A perusal of the complaint shows that omnibus allegations are made against the petitioners. 4.

Hence, considering the above, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The petitioners are directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Kangti Police Station, Sangareddy District, within 15 days from the date of this order. On such surrender, the petitioners shall be released on bail on their executing each a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the said Station House Officer. The petitioners are directed to appear before the Station House Officer, Kangti Police Station, Sangareddy District, on every Sunday between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. till filing charge

') sheet. Further, on such release, the petitioners shall abide by the conditions mentioned under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. as under: (i) The petitioners shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when req u ired .

(ii) The petitioners shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;

(iii) The petitioners shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Court.
