Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that since the suit, O.S.No.335 of 2013 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District Courts at L.B.Nagar, itself is disposed of nothing survives for adjudication in the present Civil Revision Petition.

2. Recording the said observations, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Revision shall stand dismissed.
