HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.36 of 2017 O R D E R:

This contempt case is filed alleging violation of orders passed by this Court in WP.No.34759 of 2016 to follow Rule 51 of the Revised Pension Rules for payment of anticipatory pension and gratuity.

Learned Government Pleader for Services says that the petitioner was paid anticipatory pension and gratuity. The same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. However, the petitioner is not being paid full pension. In view of the same, if still the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, it is open for the petitioner to agitate the said aspect in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
